- Please request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Some products, such as special offers or custom-made items, are non-returnable.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, you will be notified whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be transferred to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable except in the case of a damaged product or an error in the order.
